GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Applicants must provide verified copies of their degrees, result cards, transcripts, certificates, domicile, and state subject, among other documents, along with the required application form either in person or by mail to the Registrar, University Secretariat, University of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir, P.C 11100.
2. Certificates, transcripts, and detailed marks certificates issued before the deadline will be accepted; however, provisional or hope certificates will not be accepted.
3. Candidates applying for multiple positions must submit separate application forms for each position, ensuring that all required documents are complete.
4. The application form can also be downloaded from the university's website at www.uokajk.edu.pk. The downloaded application form must be accompanied by the original university challan or bank draft for the application fee of Rs. 12,100/- (BPS-21) and (BPS-20) and Rs. 6,050/- (BPS-18) and (BPS-19), using university challan forms available at authorized branches of Habib Bank Limited in Azad Kashmir, or by sending a bank draft of Rs. 12,100/ for (BPS-21), and (BPS-20), and Rs. 6,050/ for (BPS-18) and (BPS-19) made out to the Treasurer, University of Kotli (A.K), along with a self-addressed envelope with Rs. 50/- postage stamps at your own risk.
5. Holders of foreign degrees must submit an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.
6. The age limit does not apply to permanent in-service university or government employees.
7. Permanent in-service candidates must apply through the proper channel by the deadline; otherwise, their applications will not be considered.
8. Experience gained as a teacher in High Schools, Embassy Schools, Degree Colleges, or Cadet Colleges will not be recognized for appointment to a teaching position at the University.
9. Candidates applying for the Position of Professor and Associate Professor must provide four sets of related testimonials.
10. Preference will be given to nationals of AJK (1st Class State Subject).
11. Applicants will be shortlisted based on their written test results (if applicable) in their respective fields. Only the top five candidates who achieve 50% or higher in the written test conducted by any recognized testing service agency will be invited for an interview for one position. The final selection for the position will be based on the recommendations of the Selection Board.
12. The University holds the right to increase or decrease the number of positions and to cancel advertised posts, either partially or entirely, without providing any justification.
13. All candidates are required to submit new applications using the prescribed form.
14. Application forms specifying the positions must be submitted to the office of the Registrar, University Secretariat, University of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir, P.C 11100, no later than 10-10-2025 (Friday).
15. Only applications submitted in response to this advertisement will be considered. The positions listed in this advertisement are distinct from those in previous advertisements.
16. Incomplete applications and those received after the deadline will not be accepted.
