VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT


Applications are invited on the prescribed form for the under mentioned non-teaching positions for Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering. Science & Technology, Nawabshah from the candidates who are domiciled in Sindh Province, so as to reach the office of undersigned on or before 17th October, 2025 during the office hours. Applications should include two latest photographs, bio-data/C.V, attested Photostat copies of Certificates and names of two referees. Application forms) can be obtained from Coordination and Meetings Section, QUEST, Nawabshah during the working hours against the payment of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) through Bank Challan DD (nonrefundable) in favour of Director Finance QUEST, Nawabshah as processing fee. Application form(s) can also be downloaded from the University website: www.quest.edu.pk which must enclose the aforesaid documents & DD while submitting to the office of undersigned.

INSTRUCTIONS / FURTHER INFORMATION:


Candidates who are dying in Government Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel accompanied by NOC from the employer and such incumbents will be responsible for getting themselves relieved properly from their departments. An advance copy of the application(s) may be sent so as to reach within due date.


Maximum age limit is 45 years; relaxable in cases of Government/Semi Government employees in exceptional cases. However, there shall be no relaxation for qualification, publications and experience.


Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council as Professional Engineer is mandatory, wherever necessary.


Candidates applying for more than one post should submit separate application form(s) along with separate bank draft challan with necessary documents for each post.

The University reserves the right of amendments/rectification cancellation of advertised post(s) partly or as a whole.
Only shortlisted candidates 17.2027 will be called for written test/interview. Canvassing in any manner will disqualify the candidate.
No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the written test/ interview.
