Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) requires the services of qualified individuals to fill the following vacant post on a contract basis. Selection will be made purely on the basis of suitability and merit.

Post/Trade:

Chief Operating Officer/Airport Manager (EG-07)


For New General Aviation
Aerodrome, Lahore
(Near Muridke)

Prescribed Qualification & Experience:

Qualification:

At least Bachelor's Degree (preferably Engineering and Aviation Management) from an institution duly recognized by HEC with at least 2nd Division or equivalent (any higher qualification would be advantageous)
•War Course Degree for Armed Forces Experienced is also acceptable.


Experience:

Minimum 15 years of experience in the field of Aviation or Armed Forces (Command & Staff Course) or Corporate/Multinational Organization. with at least Ten (10) years at senior decision-making level.
Preference will be given to candidates holding a valid ATPL or those with Qualified Flying Instructor experience.
Well conversant with Air Operator Certificate (AOC) formalities, ICAO Annexes, and Flying Training Facility requirements.
Knowledge of Safety Management System (SMS)
•Hands-on experience of handling Operations & Management of Aviation Projects/Aerodrome/Flying Training
Institutions.


SKILLS:

Must have demonstrated experience in Project Management, Financial Analytics and Commercial and Contract
Management/Agreements. Additionally, experience in instructional flying will be preferred.


Quota & Pay:

Merit-01
• Contract: Three (03) Years (extendable)
Lump Sum Pay Package shall be offered as Rs. 514,800/- per month with 05% annual increment (Negotiable as per policy).

Age Limit: Maximum 52 Years (Including all Age relaxations)
