Position: Executive Director (HR/Admin), Maximum Age Limit = 50 Years
Qualification & Experience
A top level Executive is required who will take charge of the Human Resource Management of the company. The candidate is expected to have extensive proven experience in the fields of HR Administration having special expertise in the areas of talent acquisition and employees relations at all levels. He should have special expertise in developing compensation and benefits packages competitive with the market. A proven experience in the field of restructuring, reorganization and training and development with the objective of succession planning in all segments of the Executive company is highly desirable
- MBA (HR)/MPA (HR)/Master in HR from HEC recognized university or an equivalent degree from a reputable foreign university duly recognized by HEC
- Must have at least 10 years of experience in managing HR functions including at least 5 year experience as Head of HR/leading role in large and reputable organizations.
- Strong background in employees relations with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with government departments and regulatory bodies.
- Leadership qualities, analytical skills, decision making, communication and negotiation skills along with demonstrated ability for administration, developing and improving HR systems and formulation of HR policies and implementation for effective control.

- The incumbent shall be appointed in accordance with criteria prescribed under the State Owned Enterprises (Goverance and Operations) Act 2023, the State Owned Enterprises (Ownership and Management) Policy 2023, the Pakistan National Shipping Corporation Ordinance, 1979 (as amended to date) and CMU Guidelines for C-Level appointments
- The incumbent shall full the requirement of "Fit and Proper Criteria" under Schedule IV of the SOEs Act as well as PNSC Ordinance 1979 (as amended), PNSC (Service) Regulations 2025 and other applicable laws.
- Appointment will be on contract, initially for a period of two years further extendable with mutual consent.
- Selected candidates will be offered market-based remuneration package, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
