Eligibility Criteria:

Masters in Education/Project Management/Business Administration/ MA/M.Sc with at least 7-8 years of experience as Principal in a reputable institution.

MPhil/PhD preferred.

Age: Minimum 45 Years Max: 55 Yrs.

Last three years Federal Board & Karachi Board Annual Results for SSC &HSSC must be promising.

Key Competencies (Applicable to both Civilian and Military background candidates):

Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational & Problem solving skills. Proven track record in academic planning, teacher development, and student achievement.

•Previous APSACS school experience as a "Principal" will be an advantage.
