CAREER OPPORTUNITY IN BANKING

Name of Post: Head, General Administration (01)

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HEC recognized University. 

Experience: Minimum 10 years post qualification exp. with 05 years in similar position.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Supervise bank's strategy for acquisition, disposal, lease negotiation and relocation of premises 
• Oversee Bank's infrastructure including land, office buildings and documentation
• Manage construction/renovation, budgets, timelines, and quality control
• Overall supervision of Procurement & Purchasing, Care Taking, Record keeping and other related areas 
• Ensure all security arrangements are adequate and in place for safety, security of Bank Assets
• Liaison with Gov't agencies, to ensure compliance of Legal requirements eg environment, health & safety
• Selection of vendors and supervising purchasing processes in accordance with rules and bank defined parameters
• Make contingency planning in case of disaster situation

Pay Package: Negotiable, depending upon the Qualifications & Experience of candidate.
