VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) Invites applications from dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Executive Director Land Acquisition & Estate Management (LA&EM).
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree with minimum 15 Years of recognized experience in Land Acquisition, Transfer and Estate Management matters.
AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE & RESPONSIBILITY
- Formulate and implement Land Acquisition and Estate Management in line with Authority's Objectives.
- Ensure transparent, efficient, and compliant land acquisition processes under applicable Laws and Regulations.
- Ensures all Transfer and Record activities align with the Authority's strategic objectives.
- Oversee all types of post-sales activities including transfer cases, change of information, refunds, etc., ensuring compliance with Authority's pollicles and procedures.
- Oversee Land Records, Settlements, and Dispute Resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with Government Departments, Regulatory Authorities, and local communities to facilitate smooth operations.
- Foster relationships with community stakeholders, including local residents and advocacy groups, to address concerns and gain support for land acquisition projects.
- Provide strategic leadership for efficient handing of LASEM affairs.
Remuneration & Benefits:
Market based salary and benefits as per Authority's C&B policy

Nature of Employment
The selected candidate shall be appointed for a term of three (03) Years contract (extendable).
