Position: Company Secretary
No. of Positions: 01
Qualification & Experience:
- Must be Member of recognized body of professional accountants; or
- Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries; or
- Person holding a master degree in business administration or commerce or being a law graduate from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
- Must have at-least five years of relevant experience.
- Experience of Public Sector Company will be preferred.
- Age must be less than 40 years.
- The appointment will be on contract basis for a period of 01 year, extension is subject to satisfactory performance, mutual consent of both parties, availability of funds and management approval.
- Both Internal & External candidates are eligible to apply.
- No application will be accepted by hand or after the deadline.
