Punjab Health Initiative Management Company (PHIMC) was established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 as a non-profit organization, under the Government of the Punjab to execute social health protection initiatives and demand side financing schemes to achieve universal healthcare coverage in Punjab. Applications are invited to fill the following positions at its Head Office in Lahore. 

Job Title: Chief Internal Auditor (CIA)

Qualification & Experience: 

Qualification: 

• Member of recognized body of professional accountants; or
• Certified internal auditor; or
• Certified fraud examiner, or
• Certified internal control auditor; or
• Person holding a Master Degree in Finance from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission.

Experience:

• Minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience in relevant audit function of a public /private sector organization.
• A candidate would be given advantage of having prior experience at similar/same level and also if having experience of health sector or public sector.

Age Limit: Not more than 62 years on the last date of receipt of the application.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assistance to management in identifying business risks and accessing the adequacy of the risk management processes. 
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of controls over the relevance, reliability and integrity of information for management purposes, with particular emphasis on financial information.

Job Title: Director Communication

Qualification & Experience: 

Qualification:

Master's degree in Mass Communication /Master's degree in Media & Communication Studies / Master's degree in Journalism/Master's degree in Marketing/Master's degree in

Advertising/Master's degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing from HEC recognized institute or an equivalent degree from a reputable foreign institution. Familiarity with latest media and digital technologies, content writing and their use in public sector entities would be expected. 

Experience:

Minimum 08 years of Communication experience in a well-known & established public/private sector organization, out of which minimum 02 years of experience as Head of Communication / Head of Digital Media/Head of PR.

Age Limit: Not more than 62 years on the last date of receipt of the application.
