TRAINING EXPERTS REQUIRED
Research and Development Foundation (RDF)invites applications from highly qualified WASH and Kitchen Gardening trainers for providing trainings on WASH and Kitchen Gardening, Social Mobilization, ODF Processes and principles, School sanitation and Kitchen gardening to the representatives of village organizations, Ambassadors of Change (AOCs), implementing partner NGOs of MSAN-SSSP project, School Teaches and district ODF Committee and DCCN members,
Major Responsibilities:
• Review and customize training modules, IEC material and activity based guides on Water and Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), CLTS, ODF procedures for implementing partners, school teachers, village organizations and Government officials of 13 districts of Sindh.
• Develop training plans for implementing partners, district administration and other stakeholders. • Conduct trainings on above mentioned themes for all the stakeholders.
• Conduct Pre and Post Training Evaluations and document the learning of participants
• Prepare Reports summarizing the learning and delivery of the trainings.
• Provision of need based technical support to PIU MSAN-SSSP.
DURATION OF ASSIGNMENT:
Maximum 18 Months (full time) Place of Posting: Karachi with frequent travel to 13 districts of Sindh.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
The Trainer must have;
• At least Master's in Social Sciences /Public Health/ or BE in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University with
• Minimum 8 years experience of designing and delivering training, capacity building/execution of projects on Water, Sanitation and Hygiene and behavior change communication strategies.
• Excellent knowledge on WASH designs and services in different contexts of Sindh province
• Excellent communication skills, excellent expertise to execute the activity and Strong understanding of relevant subject.
