The Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites applications from a dynamic and experienced professional to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Education Testing Council (ETC) The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in developing and managing effective evaluation systems, with strong administrative expertise in human resource and financial management Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate experience in leveraging technology-driven solutions to enhance testing and evaluation processes. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills are essential to successfully lead the organization.

Name of Post = Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Salary Package = Equivalent to MP-

Tenure = 03 years

Maximum Age = 60 years

Number of Posts = 01

Post Quota = Merit

Qualification & Experience

BS/MSc degree (16 years of education in any discipline)

Twenty (20) years of experience in position of progressively higher responsibility in academia government or business, with a significant competence in jobs pertaining to the design or operations of evaluations system. A minimum of five years of experience should be at the senior management level. 

"Experience" means experience gained after obtaining the required qualification.
