General Manager Commercial

The individual will plan, develop, and implement commercial strategies in consultation with Director Commercial that enable PCB's vision of accelerated and sustainable business growth to meet revenue targets by overseeing expenses and increasing revenues. The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset and be a creative strategist.

ABOUT PAKISTAN CRICKET BOARD

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is engaged in promoting and developing the game of cricket in Pakistan and maintaining general control of the game.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of working experience with Multi-National/National Companies in senior position in Marketing/Commercial Departments.
• Master's in Business Administration or relevant field
• In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
• Experience of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
• Outstanding communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to)

• Developing and implementing commercial/marketing strategies
• Conducting market research and analysis of assets to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities and products
• Enhancing the commercial properties and products portfolio in order to generate additional revenues across the board
• Enhancing revenue streams from current and new commercial partners
• Monitoring performance of commercial activities
• Assisting in the bidding processes, negotiating contracts, planning and managing risks for all commercial activities
• Assisting in setting financial targets, developing and maintaining department budgets 
• Stakeholder management
• Create and oversee PCB's marketing campaigns
