Post: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
As Executive Chef, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Creating and executing innovative and high- quality culinary dishes
- Overseeing and managing the kitchen staff, including hiring and training
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Developing and updating the restaurant's menu Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborating with the management team to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our
- members
Qualification:
Literate with 5-7 years experience as a chef in a reputable restaurant or cafe.
