Brooke Pakistan is a non-profit public limited (by guarantee) company established under section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, functioning in Punjab Sindh & KPK to improve the lives of working equine animals (Horse, Donkey & Mule). We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the vacant position of

COMMUNITY ANIMAL HEALTH OFFICER at Gujranwala. (02 Positions)

Purpose:

The incumbent will facilitate the communities to follow sustainable welfare measures to improve the health and welfare of their equine animals. 

Qualification, Knowledge and Skills:

• Degree in DVM from an accredited university institute. CGPA 3 or above. (MPhil completed will be considered as a plus).
• Ability to work with the local service providers, Govt. vets & para vets to impart them training to enhance their quality of service delivery to equine animals.
• Possess requisite veterinary knowledge and equine animal handling skills to provide quality veterinary services to working equines.
• Carry out awareness-raising meetings/sessions for primary stakeholders in target communities/camps regarding prevention of diseases and basic equine management practices/minimum standards of care.
• Excellent computer and communication skills are required. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
