APPOINTMENT OF STATUTORY AUDITORS FOR AUDIT OF ACCOUNTS FOR FY 2025-26

KS&EW invites reputable Chartered Accountant firms to submit proposal for Audit of Accounts, pertaining to Financial Year 2025-26 (including verification of statutory schedules), in accordance with Companies Act - 2017, State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act -2023, Public Sector Corporate Governance Rules-2013, International Standards on Auditing and Financial Reporting, along with relevant rules and regulations.

Only firms having satisfactory QCR rating from ICAP are eligible to apply.

Firm which itself or any partner thereof is Non-compliant with the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) Guidelines on Code of Ethics, as adopted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan is ineligible to apply.

Firm having audit experience of Shipbuilding Industry would be given preference.

Tender documents can be obtained from Accounts Department on normal working days (Monday to Friday). from 09:00 Hrs to 16:30 Hrs against payment of Tender Fee with application on firm's Letterhead with in fifteen calendar days from published of this advertisement and submittals will be opened on next working in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives (who may wish to be present) at 10:00 am.

Interested firm who wish to participate, may purchase the Tender documents by paying Rs. 5,000 in office hours.
