INSTRUCTIONS:

• The Prescribed application form can be downloaded from website www.saus.edu.pk or can be obtained from Registrar Office, The Shaikh Ayaz University Shikarpur. 
• Only Sindh domiciled candidates are eligible.
• Candidates applying for the post of Professor and Associate Professor should submit four copies of their CV, Research Publications and other relevant documents. 
• All Candidates are required to submit Higher Education Commission Attested Degrees. Foreign degree holders must provide equivalence certificate issued by the HEC. 
• Candidate serving in Government/Semi-Government and autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel accompanied by NOC from the employer. 
• Age, qualifications and experience shall be calculated examined as on closing date of submission of application
• Candidates applying for more than one post should submit separate application form(s) along with separate bank draft Pay order and necessary documents for each post. 
• Incomplete application i.e. without educational, professional and experience certificates, processing fee etc. or applications received after the specified date or those not eligible shall not be entertained. 
• The envelope should be marked with the post applied for.
• The University reserves the right of cancellation of advertised posts) partly or as a whole. The Number of Vacancies can be increased or decreased
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Test/interview
• Contract positions will be initially for two years, extendable as per the policy of the university.
• No TADA will be admissible for appearing in the interview/ written test
• The Contributory pension policy will be applicable as per SHEC notification no: AD (Finance) SHEC02-20/20240804 dated: 27th June 2024 and subject to approval from statutory bodies of TSAUS. It will not apply to the regular faculty of The Shakh Ayaz University, Shikarpur selected on higher position.
• Any faculty member (who is already serving in any public sector University on regular basis) if selected on higher positions, may be allowed to be appointed on regular basis. 
• The Complete application form, required documents (Attested) along with payment of Rs.5000 through Pay Order Demand Draft (Non-Refundable) in favor of Shakh Ayaz University Shikarpur should reach in the office of the Registrar with in fifteen days after publication of the advertisement
