Brooke Pakistan is a non-profit public limited (by guarantee) company established under companies act 2017 functioning in Punjab, Sindh & KPK to improve the lives of working equine animals (Horse, Donkey & Mule). We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the vacant positions of
PROGRAMME INTERN at Lahore HQ.
Purpose of Role:
Program Intern will play a key role in supporting Program Manager for the delivery of excellent and impactful program. Job requires following up. coordinating and supporting operational activities. He/she is a source of information, communication and guidance to Brooke Pakistan work undertaken by Regional teams.
Qualification:
The candidate should hold Bachelor's degree in veterinary sciences, social sciences or equivalent in the related subject from HEC recognized university! institute having 2-4 years of relevant experience in development sector organization. Master degree in above subjects will be preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
- Basic knowledge of animal health & welfare. One health, community mobilization, data recording & analysis, and ToT.
- High energy individual who demonstrates flexibility in work priorities, capable of multi-tasking and operating efficiently and effectively across multiple areas of responsibility.
- Strong coordination, relationship-building and ability to collaborate with diverse groups of people.
- Outstanding project management skills. Proven ability to set priorities, work independently and take initiative, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Holds good command of both oral and written English. Capable of drafting reports and managing data for program monitoring and evaluation and scaling up using wide range of technologies.
- Keeps basic facilitation skills, computer skills especially Microsoft word, power point, Excel & internet.
